Job Description

Procore is expanding our Partnerships team and we’re looking for a creative and passionate Director, Partnerships, North America to join us. In this role you will be responsible for the development and management of Procore’s partnership go-to-market strategy in North America.

As the Director of Partnerships, North America, you will have the opportunity to build out and set the strategy for the expansion of our partnership initiatives, establishing and guiding a team of channel professionals tasked with the development and management of both existing and new partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate seeking a high visibility role in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment. This position will report directly to our GM, North America and can be based out of any of our US offices or remotely within the US or Canada. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Own GTM relationship, motion, and managing partners within region 

  • Own the evolution and execution of our channel sales and service strategy & prioritization plan in Americas

  • Experience hunting and maximizing partnerships in the construction industry and consulting agencies such as Deloitte 

  • Experience working with Cloud partners such as AWS, Microsoft, etc.

  • Lead the North America partnership GTM team including resource hiring, coaching, development and performance management

  • Enable and/or support the development of new initiatives in cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Partners and other internal teams to drive new monetization.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships at the executive level with key channels and partners.

  • Work with the corporate strategy team to identify new partnership opportunities across reseller and service partner ecosystems. 

What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in a Channel / Partnerships role with over 5+ years in leadership roles

  • This role requires up to 50% travel within the North America region for meetings with clients and partners. 

  • A passionate channel professional with experience leading and managing channel teams

  • A trusted candidate with strong ties with the Americas Channel community and a positive reputation

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive others. Being able to create a vision and coordinate your team to deliver on that vision.

  • Experience building a book of partners and partnerships

  • Ability to quickly and thoroughly gain an understanding of construction technology ecosystem

  • High integrity, high energy, team player

  • Commitment to excellence; ability to excel and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for cloud technologies and the construction industry

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $188,692 - $259,452 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $269,560 - $370,645. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
