EARLY CAREERS AT PROCORE TECHNOLOGIES
At Procore Technologies, we’re collectively building toward what’s next–and we’re looking for students who are passionate about making an impact on the world to join us in revolutionizing technology in construction.
A career builds with time as you grow and learn. The experiences you’ll gain at Procore will help you gain technical experience and develop critical workplace skills such as communication, problem-solving and adaptability. Our paid 12-week summer intern programs at our Austin, TX office are designed to give you real-world experience where you can apply what you have learned in school.
You will work within one of our teams and assist on actual projects that have a real impact. Near the end of your internship, you will have the opportunity to work with a group of interns to ideate and pitch an innovative concept for Procore.
You will have your own mentor who is committed to helping you adapt to working at Procore. They will be your champion and your guide. They will find ways to connect you with career development opportunities to help you reach your goals.
Your experience will be your own. Before you even start, our teams will design curriculum specific to the current challenges and opportunities each team is facing, layered with learning opportunities unique to your career development and workplace learning needs.
Participate in events and activities that will build your skills, learn about organizational structure, network with other Procorians and immerse yourself in the culture of Procore with lunches, socials and team events. Check out our guide on what's happening around the office.
Your career has no limits. Internships can be the launch pad for your professional journey. Many of our employees started their careers by interning at tech companies, like Marie and Justin.
Marie is an integrations engineer on our technical services team, supporting our customers primarily with financial system integrations. She joined Procore in 2022 after graduating from the University of Texas and interning as a junior software engineer at an aviation tech start-up.
“The one thing that interning taught me was the importance of communication. There were constantly a lot of things going on, changes happening and new people in the company. Always know where you are and what you are working on and then tell people about it. Understanding the value of communication helped me stand up in my role at Procore quicker, I think, than if I didn’t already know that.”

INTEGRATIONS ENGINEER
Justin is a software developer on our fintech team where he works on applications that support our customers getting paid on time. Justin interned at Levelset in 2021, just before Procore acquired them. After graduating from the University of Alabama, he came back to the team as a full-time Procore employee.
“I didn’t know much about what the culture of the company was like when I applied for my internship role. But what I could see is that the actual work they do–serving the construction industry–is doing good in the world. There is a real impact that makes a positive difference. That’s why I applied and it’s why I essentially came back after I graduated.”

Get the support you need. Your internship experience will be guided by Procore employees, teammates and mentors who all want you not just to succeed, but to enjoy the experience of #LifeAtProcore. It will be people like Hunter, who will step in as mentors and guides, that will help to make an impact on your experience.
Hunter, a sr. machine learning engineer, interned at Procore in 2018 while a student at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He has advanced in his career here and is eager to support others in their journey here as a mentor for interns.
“When I was in school, I really wanted the opportunity to apply what I was learning in a hands-on way and design projects. You can only do so much with textbooks and school projects. You don’t get to see the tangible impact of your actions. My internship at Procore gave me that. It was like a break from theory and an opportunity to build. Now, as a sr. machine learning engineer, I have the chance to help people interning have that same kind of experience where they get to really understand the power of what they can do while learning about the world of work.”
