Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Professional Services Delivery to lead and scale Procore’s Professional Services organization across the APAC region. This is a pivotal, first of its kind leadership role in APAC, where you will directly manage our Strategic Product Consultants (SPC), Project Managers (PM) and other leaders.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical product advisory and operational project execution. You will drive best practices by establishing regional operations, setting strategic goals, and providing guidance to your leadership team to ensure high-quality implementations and product adoption. As a trusted advisor, you will skilfully manage influence through persuasion and negotiation to move the needle on complex construction technology projects across the APAC market.

What you'll do

Integrated Delivery & Workflow Synergy

  • Bridge Technical and Operational Gaps: Ensure seamless collaboration between PMs, who manage budget and milestones, and SPCs, who provide technical industry expertise, to deliver a unified customer experience

  • Unified Implementation Methodologies: Develop and enforce implementation methodologies that combine technical consultation with project governance to decrease time-to-fast-value

  • Joint Resource Planning: Manage regional resourcing and capacity for both teams, ensuring the right technical expertise is paired with the right project oversight

  • Process Efficiency: Create efficiencies in regional processes and procedures to promote faster software implementations and deeper product adoption

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead and Mentor: Successfully lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team across the SPC and PM functions

  • Performance Management: Drive high performance through the development and management of team-wide metrics and operational updates

  • Career Growth: Manage career development guidance for direct reports, identifying training opportunities and facilitating professional advancement

  • Culture Building: Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and professional growth

Client & Business Impact

  • Executive Escalation: Act as the senior point of contact for regional client issues, handling escalations and resolving delivery commitments effectively

  • Operational Metrics: Measure team effectiveness by managing metrics such as billable utilization, CSAT, and project milestones

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Sales leadership to align professional services efforts with sales strategies and drive accurate forecasting

  • Regional Advocacy: Collaborate with APAC stakeholders to identify local needs and work with Product teams to innovate upon our software offering

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Construction, or a related field is preferred

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience leading similar organizations in the SaaS industry.

    • Significant experience managing consulting or professional services functions, including onboarding, training, and client relationships

    • Proven ability to communicate project status, risks, and progress to executive leaders

  • Leadership: Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others and a track record of driving change as an early adopter

  • Construction Domain Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in construction or experience with Financial, Construction, Project Management, or ERP software solutions preferred

  • Strategic Mindset: Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models and a strong process-oriented mindset

  • Travel: Up to 30% travel to customer sites, industry events, and other Procore offices
