We’re looking for a contract Senior Recruiter to join Procore’s Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, with a primary focus on scaling our global Customer Support organization. The primary goal of this role is to proactively source, screen, and secure top talent to fuel Procore’s continued growth.
As a Recruiter, you’ll partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to develop and execute tailored hiring strategies that meet immediate and future staffing needs. Use your strategic sourcing, relationship building, and interview assessment skills to drive significant, positive impact on key organizational growth metrics and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline. This position reports into Senior Manager, Recruiting and will be based in our Costa Rica office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
Lead high-volume recruitment efforts for all Customer Support roles, ensuring consistent quality and a timely pipeline to meet operational demands.
Develop and implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to identify and engage a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
Consult with Customer Support leadership to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company values.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation, always striving for efficiency and transparency.
Champion Procore’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by actively seeking out diverse talent and ensuring a fair, objective hiring process for all applicants.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with all company policies and legal regulations.
Act as a brand ambassador for Procore, consistently providing a positive and compelling candidate experience that reflects the company's culture of openness and optimism.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably handling high-volume roles in a technology environment.
Demonstrated experience successfully recruiting for customer-facing or support roles, understanding the specific competencies required for success in that domain.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build immediate rapport with candidates and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple requisitions and adapting to fast-paced changes in hiring volume.
Proven ability to negotiate complex compensation packages and articulate Procore's value proposition and growth opportunities to prospective employees.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and a data-driven approach to tracking pipeline health and measuring recruiting success. Workday ATS experience preferred.
