Ensure rigorous adherence to data security and governance standards, enabling companies to maintain data integrity and granular control over shared information.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level objectives (SLOs) for the platform's reliability and scalability.
Collaborate across engineering and product teams to create high-fidelity design documents and clear integration guides for platform consumers.

8+ years of experience in software development with a solid background in Object-Oriented, Design Patterns, and scalable system architecture.
5+ years of experience managing diverse and geographically dispersed top-heavy engineering teams, with a demonstrated commitment to leading high-performing teams, driving product deliverables, and supporting professional growth
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, strategic planning abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with demonstrated tight collaboration skills with Product and Design counterparts, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other internal teams to successfully translate complex collaborative workflows into generic and reusable platform requirements and modular capabilities
Proven expertise in leading, architecting, operating, and scaling robust horizontal platforms or shared services, leveraging deep knowledge of distributed systems and modern architectural patterns, including event-driven architecture, to manage complex cross-account data consistency, synchronization, and sharing challenges. Additionally demonstrated experience defining modular, configuration-driven frameworks to significantly reduce developer integration and onboarding time.
Expertise in defining and implementing granular data sharing, visibility, and access control mechanisms for secure, multi-tenant collaboration environments
