We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join Procore's EMEA Recruitment team on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). This role is a direct response to a significant increase in hiring across the region and will play a pivotal role in the rapid scaling of our EMEA business, focusing on building our Dublin hub.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts well to ambiguity, and loves the "human" side of the job. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting candidates in person.
This position reports into the Manager, EMEA Recruitment and will be based in our Dublin office on a hybrid basis. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you'll do:
Flexible Hiring Support: Provide high-impact support across a variety of functions, jumping in to assist with Sales, SDR, and Customer Success hiring.
Strategic GTM Partner: Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, developing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new talent.
In-Person Brand Ambassador: Build strong relationships and a positive candidate experience, including meeting candidates in person to represent the Procore brand.
Talent Sourcing: Set a high bar for talent, sourcing and identifying new ways to build the Procore brand in key markets.
System Mastery: Utilize our talent systems, including Workday, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
D&I Advocacy: Ensure diversity and inclusion remain central to all recruitment activities.
What we're looking for:
GTM Recruiting Expertise: Strong experience in Sales and Revenue recruiting is our top priority.
SaaS Background: Proven experience working within the SaaS industry.
Adaptable & Proactive: A "builder" mindset with the ability to navigate an unstructured environment and handle shifting priorities with ease.
Industry Interest: While the priority is GTM, any experience recruiting within the construction industry is a significant plus.
Collaboration: A true talent partner who puts the needs of Hiring Managers and candidates first.
Base Pay Range:
53,600.00 - 73,700.00 EUR AnnualProcore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
