Procore is seeking a passionate Manager, SMB Sales to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new SMB business. In this role, you’ll cultivate a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and support. You’ll develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team and guide them to meet and exceed their sales goals in a collaborative environment.
This position reports to the Head of Sales, UKI , and will be based in our Dublin headquarters. We’re looking for candidates to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Europe to create and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with our mission and values
Lead a dynamic team of Account Executives to identify and close new business opportunities, driving revenue growth for Procore
Attract, hire, and retain diverse sales talent through inclusive recruiting practices that raise the bar for talent and capabilities
Foster a supportive and high-performance culture within the sales team, celebrating achievements and encouraging growth
Provide ongoing training and resources to help your team excel in their roles, deepen their understanding of Procore’s products, and adopt best practices in sales. Ensure we have a talent pool to deliver our future Commercial AEs
Conduct regular coaching sessions and call reviews to empower your team of hunters and enhance their skills in lead generation and closing deals
Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure high-quality lead management and follow-up processes
Deliver insightful analysis and reporting on team performance, providing accurate forecasts to guide decision-making
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Proven success in quota-carrying software sales, preferably within a SaaS environment
A minimum of 2 years experience managing and developing a revenue generating team
Familiarity with developing an international business unit, ideally in a high-growth SaaS company
A strong track record of executing aggressive growth strategies and consistently exceeding targets
Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and promoting sales talent
Experience selling through various channels, including boardroom meetings, product demos, and social selling
Proficiency in sales methodologies and familiarity with Salesforce
Consistent record of achieving 100%+ of quota as an individual contributor
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Base Pay Range:
70,200.00 - 96,525.00 EUR AnnualOn Target Earning Range:
140,400.00 - 193,050.00 EUR AnnualThis role may also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
