We’re looking for a System Engineer to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. In this System Engineer role, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and leverage technologies such as Okta, Workday Integrations, Active Directory, Jamf, and InTune to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
This position reports into the Director, Information Systems Engineering and will be based in our Pune office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately. Apply today to join our team of Groundbreakers.
What you’ll do:
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using tools and technologies such as Okta, Azure Services, Veza and Britive
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
Develop and maintain integrations between various systems and applications to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation.
Configure and customize automation workflows to meet specific business needs and requirements.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of issues.
Implement best practices for automation development, including version control, documentation, and testing.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on automation-related projects and initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
Demonstrated experience with technologies such as Okta, Workday Integrations, Active Directory, Jamf, and InTune.
Experience in system administration or IT operations is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of automation principles and techniques, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
Proficiency in technologies such as Okta, Workday Integrations, Active Directory, Jamf, and InTune.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation development.
Experience with Okta Workflows, API development, and system integrations
Familiarity with API integration and web services for system-to-system communication.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and processes to identify automation opportunities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering automation projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
