Procore is looking for a Professional Services Solutions Consultant to play an integral role in supporting the sale of Procore's Professional Services. You'll leverage your deep knowledge in SaaS to inspire customer confidence in the value of our Professional Services. As part of a growing team, you’ll scope and prescribe Professional Services offerings for clients and prospective clients to drive adoption and services revenue.
As a successful Professional Services Solutions Consultant, you’ll serve as the critical link between commitments made during the sales cycle and delivery of the services. You'll help prospects architect best practice strategies that address specific customer business needs that are practical to implement and easy to service.
This position reports to the Manager, Professional Services and will be based out of our Dubai office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Uncover potential business opportunities with customer prospects through client discovery, researching and understanding prospects' go-to-market strategies, and identifying potential solution hypotheses and value drivers of our Professional Services
Solutions Design - Propose Professional Services solutions that transform the business and organizational culture of prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits
Assist Sales on new business opportunities by building proposals for RFPs, supporting sales meetings, designing and scoping services solutions for clients and prospects
Create SOWs and Amendments by being an expert on Procore's technology and by representing the interests of customers and the Professional Services team
Review, advise, and approve the scope and cost of Procore's professional services
Drive customer satisfaction by working closely with clients during the sales cycle
Play a leading role in the development of the services team as we scale, including process, people, and technology
Formally elevate and increase the importance of Project Management skills and approaches across our international markets
Lead cross-functional initiatives, e.g., with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales departments
Build strong relationships with key members within partner organizations
Continually search for ways to improve services offerings and the methods by which customers are supported by Procore through our services
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree is preferred; MA/MS/MBA degree a plus
Fluency in English and Arabic
Minimum of 5+ years of Enterprise software Implementation and/or Scoping experience with a focus on technology consulting, project management, or customer management.
Relevant experience working in Sales in one or more of the following areas: prescribing services related to upselling, cross-selling, change orders, or solution best practices
Excellent business and technical presentation skills, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills, across all levels of management
Current experience with scoping, drafting, and presenting services options and SOWs to clients virtually and in-person
Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate an understanding of requirements to execute and make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan with limited guidance
Experience responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs); technical writing experience preferred RFP
Experience co-scoping services with third party service providers
