We’re looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join Procore’s Sales Team in the Nordics. In this role, you’ll help drive new business growth by acquiring and developing mid-sized strategic customers, positioning Procore as the leading construction software solution in the region.
You’ll use your sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and consultative selling approach to turn prospects into long-term partners. This is a new logo acquisition role, focused on identifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals that expand Procore’s presence in the Nordic market.
This position is based in Stavanger or Oslo. We’re looking for someone who can join immediately.
What You’ll Do
*Drive new business: Build and execute prospecting and account plans to identify, engage, and close new commercial customers.
*Understand customer needs: Research target accounts, uncover key business drivers, and align Procore’s solutions to deliver measurable value.
*Collaborate for success: Partner closely with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Account Managers to deliver seamless, customer-focused sales experiences.
*Manage pipeline effectively: Maintain accurate forecasts and activity data within Salesforce.com, ensuring visibility and predictability.
*Represent the brand: Deliver compelling product presentations and high-level software demonstrations that position Procore as the trusted construction platform of choice.
*Stay competitive: Maintain deep knowledge of the construction tech landscape and our competitors to effectively articulate our differentiation.
*Achieve and exceed targets: Consistently meet quarterly and annual sales goals through disciplined execution and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
*Proven success in B2B software sales, ideally within the commercial/mid-market segment.
*Experience with a consultative, solution-oriented, and/or challenger sales approach.
*Track record in full-cycle sales (from prospecting through to close).
*Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident across phone, video, and in-person meetings.
*Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex buying processes.
*Proficiency in Salesforce, G Suite or equivalent tools.
*Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish).
*Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Base Pay Range:
640,000.00 - 880,000.00 NOK AnnualOn Target Earning Range:
1,280,000.00 - 1,760,000.00 NOK AnnualThis role may also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
