Job Description
Levelset is looking for a Sr Digital and Media Marketing Strategist to lead and scale our paid media function, furthering our mission of improving the lives of everyone in construction.
In this position, you'll define, execute, and measure a strategy that makes paid ads our most impactful lever to hit business goals, guiding fundamental changes to how we run our business. You will improve and demonstrate the ROI of paid channels and campaigns, making it a no-brainer to invest more budget and resources. You'll explore new messaging, tactics, and channels, constantly experimenting and iterating to identify and amplify bright spots. You'll also drive ads across multiple lines of business with work streams ranging from transactional conversions to prospecting and search campaigns to ABM advertising.
The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, growth-oriented, and passionate about making an impact. We need someone who will constantly push, drive urgency, and bring proposals forward to get more out of our paid channels. We also want someone to set the strategy, build and communicate a plan to execute it, evaluate performance, and communicate results and next steps. Strong candidates have experience managing an agency and can demonstrate how they've changed business strategy and made a significant impact through paid channels. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively ensure that key stakeholders, including marketing and sales peers to leadership and our finance team, understand the ROI and business impact of paid ads. Sr Digital and Media Marketing Strategists are experts in paid strategy and budget management and are deeply knowledgeable about paid media platforms and tactics. Additional Information
Base Pay Range $81,000-$111,300. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
