We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of Procore’s  global construction platform. As a member of the Data Mesh team, you’ll lead critical initiatives to evolve data governance and interoperability, and facilitate the building of data products. You’ll define and lead the roadmap for our data lifecycle management within the Procore platform.

This position will report to the Sr Director, Product Management in the Platform & Ecosystem group, and will be based in our Bangalore office. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do

• Help define and execute on our data lifecycle management strategy and evolve our product vision and roadmap for Procore’s data and AI products.

• Gather and distill requirements from customers, product teams, and other stakeholders such as legal and compliance teams.

• Deliver tooling for data discovery, observability, and governance across all engineering groups.

• Collaborate with engineering teams, application developers, management and infrastructure teams to assess near- and long-term data needs.

• Keep an eye on the emerging data tools, trends and methodologies, and continuously enhance our existing systems and processes.

• Define victory conditions and measurable KPIs based on impact.

• Help define prioritization based on business needs and engineering initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 2+ years experience in Technical Product Management.

• 2+ years experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Kafka

• Solid understanding of data technologies (relational databases, NoSQL, queues, backups, etc)

• Prior experience implementing and maintaining data governance processes.

• Strong product management skills, including analytics, structured requirements and specifications, and able to think in platform architecture terms.
