We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. In this role, you’ll serve as an experienced senior practitioner within our Flex Design Team to help bridge fragmented end-to-end experiences across our platform. You will act as a consultative internal agency resource, contributing to speed to clarity, visualizing the future of our software, and supporting "0 to 1" big bets in our most untapped or complex areas.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate abstract business goals into tangible north star vignettes and prototypes that inform critical product decisions. This position reports into the Flex Team Design Leader and will be based in our Cairo office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Translate abstract business goals into tangible north star vignettes and prototypes to help leadership make informed "Go/No-Go" decisions.
Synthesize complex information and construction workflows quickly to establish a strategic baseline for new domains within weeks.
Partner with cross-functional teams to articulate how design work impacts business KPIs like retention, expansion, and ROI.
Design systemic experiences that span multiple product pillars to ensure the Procore ecosystem feels like a unified, cohesive system.
Collaborate with the systems team to improve and expand the Procore Design System based on platform needs.
Execute design concepts with high quality and velocity using Figma, AI, and modern tooling to accelerate exploration.
Model strong craft standards and share design thinking generously to raise the bar across the internal design organization.
Create comprehensive documentation, handoffs, and playbooks that ensure long-term success for teams inheriting the work.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in Product Design with a proven track record of contributing to complex initiatives on B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
Expertise in Figma and active deployment of AI-powered design and research tools within daily workflows to accelerate discovery.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of product problems and how design execution drove outcomes for users and businesses.
Deep curiosity about human behavior, paired with a strong track record of using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design decisions.
Strong storytelling and communication skills, with an ability to present clear design rationale to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
Strategic generalist mindset with the ability to ramp up quickly, move between different domains, and embrace variety over siloed workflows.
Business-fluent practitioner who values speed to clarity, impact over perfection, and rapid validation to drive commercial value.
