Job Description
We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our next phase of growth in ANZ.
In this hands-on role, you'll be in charge of developing and implementing a comprehensive portfolio of integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels including online and offline with the goal of increasing brand awareness and generating a qualified sales pipeline, ultimately helping the company achieve revenue targets.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content, Operations, and other Revenue teams to ensure that we are growing our database, meeting our pipeline goals, and creating market demand for Procore.
The role will report to our Senior Marketing Director, APAC and is based in our Sydney office. We’re looking for candidates to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Drive the strategy, planning, budgeting and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns (both localised HQ-led and locally created) that generate qualified sales pipeline across Procore’s entire buyer and renewal journey
Own the ANZ pipeline number and other marketing metrics including MQLs and SQLs.
Lead and mentor a small team of Senior Marketing Specialists responsible for designing, developing, and implementing vertical-specific end-to-end marketing campaigns
Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders (Sales Development, Sales, Customer Success, HQ Centers of Excellence) to develop compelling, high-impact campaigns and ABM programs across multiple channels to successfully engage key accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities for sales
Religiously analyse campaign performance and report on funnel metrics and implement measures that optimise conversion rates at each stage of the buyer journey
Increase response and conversion rates by implementing testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process
Own end-to-end enablement for outbound campaigns to ensure marketing programs are aligned to revenue objectives
Partner closely with local Product Marketing to identify a solution selling go-to-market strategy, including messaging, positioning, and segmentation within the ANZ market
Partner with local Content Marketing to create targeted content and assets that map to target audiences and stages of the buyer’s journey for online programs, nurtures, call campaigns, and events
What we are looking for:
7+ years of experience with high-tech B2B demand generation and integrated marketing campaign management
A strong track record delivering results across all online and offline demand generation channels and significantly scaling revenue contribution
Strong understanding of marketing operations/automation and marketing analytics
Exceptional communication skills
Out-of-this-world project management skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects flawlessly under tight project deadlines
Ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially with Management, Sales, Sales Development, and Global Marketing peers
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and 3rd party contractors/agencies to deliver programs, manage a large volume of projects simultaneously, and work on tight deadlines and keep all programs on schedule
Outstanding problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
A highly-motivated, autonomous, flexible, and hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is a team player.
