We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst - M&A Integration to join Procore’s Finance Transformation Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary engine for post-close value realization, ensuring acquired companies are seamlessly folded into the Procore ecosystem and deal theses are converted into tangible operational and financial results. Your primary goal is to drive the successful integration of acquired businesses by coordinating cross-functional execution, tracking synergy capture, and ensuring strategic and financial objectives are fully realized.

As a Senior Finance Analyst - M&A Integration, you’ll partner with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations stakeholders to lead end-to-end post-acquisition workstreams from Day 1 readiness through full synergy realization. Use your financial systems proficiency, analytical rigor, and project management discipline to bridge the gap between deal strategy and operational reality while mitigating integration risks for leadership. This high-impact role puts you at the absolute center of Procore's growth strategy, offering direct visibility into how deals are valued, executed, and transformed into scalable business results—apply today!

This position reports into the VP - Finance Transformation & Technology and will be based in our Austin, TX office or remote. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of post-acquisition Finance integration workstreams, managing processes from Day 1 readiness through full operational synergy capture.
  • Define and execute Finance integration roadmaps to align deal theses with day-to-day operational realities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations teams to align integration timelines, track dependencies, and manage key deliverables.
  • Analyze complex target company data across financial, operational, and organizational systems to identify integration priorities and monitor synergy realization.
  • Build and maintain integration trackers, dashboards, and status reports to surface risks and blockers for executive review.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and stand-ups to maintain workstream momentum and drive organizational accountability.
  • Document operational processes, decisions, and key learnings to continuously evolve and scale the M&A integration playbook for future acquisitions.

What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent hands-on experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or finance transformation.
  • Hands-on proficiency with financial systems and enterprise ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar consolidation tools) alongside advanced Excel or SQL skills for reconciling complex data across disparate systems.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated project management discipline with the organizational ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive cross-functional accountability without formal authority.
  • Outstanding cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate complex details between technical, financial, and executive stakeholders.
  • High adaptability and proactive initiative to navigate ambiguous environments, manage trade-offs, and solve complex business problems.
