Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Executive Briefing Consultant to join our Executive Program Marketing team. In this role, you’ll elevate the way Procore connects with our most strategic customers and prospects by crafting and facilitating experiences that move conversations, relationships, and businesses forward. The primary goal of this role is to create purposeful interactions that deepen trust, accelerate pipeline, and drive measurable impact. 

As a Senior Executive Briefing Consultant, you’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing leadership to shape agendas, prepare participants, and dynamically facilitate discussions that uncover challenges and ensure mutual outcomes. Use your strategic planning, executive presence, and facilitation mastery to design the conversation and lead it. This is an ideal role for someone who blends these skills.

This position reports into our Manager, Executive Program Marketing and can be based remotely within the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately. 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the lead host and facilitator for on-site, hybrid, and virtual briefings, setting the tone for executive engagement. 

  • Partner with account teams and senior leaders to understand business objectives and curate customized briefing agendas that align Procore’s solutions with customer priorities. 

  • Read the room, and facilitate discussions in real-time, pausing to explore challenges, managing contention, and ensuring clear outcomes. 

  • Prepare all briefing participants—both internal and external—with pre-reads, discussion briefs, and success criteria to ensure purposeful engagement. 

  • Capture and synthesize Voice of the Customer insights, documenting key themes, follow-ups, and next steps for internal alignment. 

  • Track program effectiveness, including attendee satisfaction, pipeline acceleration, and relationship depth, using feedback to evolve briefing experiences. 

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to ensure post-briefing action items drive forward momentum and accountability. 

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to continuously expand and refresh session offerings. 

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience working in Executive Briefing Centers or other executive programs, with 2+ years in a SaaS company; construction experience or understanding of the construction audience is a plus

  • Strong executive presence and a proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders. 

  • Excellent communicator, facilitator, and coalition builder with the ability to communicate effectively via presentation, written, and spoken channels. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a highly collaborative nature, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, prospects, business partners, and internal teams. 

  • Analytic, pragmatic, and action-oriented individual with a proven track record of being a creative and strategic problem solver. 

  • Ability to leverage data and insights in the development of marketing plans and to continually optimize them. 

  • Experience using a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency using the latest versions of Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and Briefing Source. 

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25-35% to Executive Briefings, with the potential for international travel. 

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $114,400 - $157,300. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
