We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Procore’s Sales Development team. In this role, you’ll master the fundamentals of B2B sales, develop a deep understanding of the trillion-dollar construction industry, and showcase how Procore's platform improves one of the world’s largest sectors. This position functions as a core pipeline generation engine where you will source and create high-quality new business opportunities to expand Procore's footprint across the territory.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll partner directly with Account Executives in a strategic pod to map target accounts, plan outreach strategies, and execute high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, and social channels. You will apply prospecting skills, structured communication, and active listening to uncover customer pain points, build a qualified pipeline, and support EMEA growth. This position reports into the Manager, Sales Development and will be based in our Dublin office.
What you’ll do:
Fuel New Business Growth: Source and create high-quality new business opportunities to expand Procore's footprint across your assigned territory.
Partner with Account Executives: Collaborate directly with Account Executives as a strategic pod to map target accounts, plan outreach strategies, and work toward mutually aligned monthly sales goals.
Execute Outbound Prospecting: Engage construction decision-makers through structured, high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels to identify workflow challenges.
Conduct High-Velocity Research: Perform pre-call account research and execute daily prospecting runs to nurture long-term leads and build pipeline momentum.
Operate with Autonomy: Optimize outbound processes, suggest fresh campaign ideas, and actively contribute to team training sessions and floor culture.
Maintain Accurate CRM Records: Track and maintain accurate lead details, opportunities, and account histories within Salesforce.com.
What we’re looking for:
Sales Drive & Ambition: Clear motivation to pursue a high-growth career in technology sales and master business-to-business (B2B) software sales fundamentals.
Relevant Experience: 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced software, SaaS, or high-volume customer-facing sales role.
Objection Handling & Performance Consistency: Proven ability to consistently meet outreach targets and manage customer objections in a high-volume outbound environment
Coachability & Continuous Learning: Self-aware and eager to grow, with the ability to digest constructive feedback critically and adapt quickly.
Communication & Prospecting Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, and social channels to engage business-to-business (B2B) stakeholders.
Collaboration & Alignment: Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment while aligning work practices with Procore's core values.
Tools & Education: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (preferably Salesforce) alongside a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Base Pay Range:
37,520.00 - 51,590.00 EUR AnnualOn Target Earning Range:
53,600.00 - 73,700.00 EUR AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
