We are seeking a technically-minded Product Enablement Specialist to join our GTM Enablement Team as the Subject Matter Expert for BIM and Digital Construction. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex workflows and our revenue teams, ensuring Procore’s BIM, Asset, and Document Management solutions are positioned with technical authority.
The Product Enablement Specialist will specialise in the focus product areas for the EMEA Region; BIM, Asset Management, Document Management, and Quality & Safety, contributing to Procore’s EMEA success by developing and executing best-in-class enablement programs. This role requires a combination of strong Procore product knowledge, excellent project management and communication skills, and the ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.
This position reports to the Director, Product & Competitive Enablement and is based in the Dublin, Ireland office.
What you’ll do:
Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs for AE/AM, SDR, ISR, SE, Solution Specialist and Customer Success personas and teams to ensure they are well-versed in product features, benefits, and use cases.
Produce regular training sessions and workshops to keep teams updated on new product releases, updates, and industry trends.
Partner with Product to stay up to date on new features, updates and roadmaps.
Work with marketing - Audience, Product and Technical - to ensure product messaging aligns with the company’s value proposition and marketing campaigns.
Support customer-facing teams in effectively presenting product offerings to clients and prospects.
Maintain a library of enablement materials, including product guides, battlecards, value drivers, objection handling, competitive analysis, and best practices.
Develop and distribute engaging and informative content such as videos, webinars, on-demand courses, and presentations to support product knowledge.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs through metrics and feedback.
Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance training and enablement initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
8+ years of experience in Product, Product Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or related roles.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle and how to support different teams in maximizing product knowledge.
Expertise in developing and implementing successful training and enablement programs.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to translate complex product information into clear, concise, and engaging enablement materials.
High level of initiative and self-motivation.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across departments.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Base Pay Range:
