Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate Product Management Intern to join Procore’s Product & Technology organization who’s eager to learn how successful SaaS products are built, launched, and improved. You’ll work closely with our product, engineering and UX design teams to turn ideas into real features, analyze performance, and help bring innovations—including AI-powered ones—to life.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate with strong communication, problem-solving, customer empathy and technical aptitude who aspires to build a career in product management.
You’ll help in shaping, defining and releasing our industry-leading construction management products. The primary goal of this role is to gain hands-on experience in creating tangible value to an established product under the guidance of experienced product managers.
We’re looking for an intern available for at least three months to join us for the Winter 2026 program.
What you’ll do:
Support product managers in defining and refining product requirements and user stories.
Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and trends.
Participate in product testing and quality assurance to ensure smooth releases.
Help design and prototype new features and user flows.
Contribute to the building and integration of AI agents and AI-driven product features.
Assist in release management — preparing release notes, coordinating with teams, and ensuring feature readiness for deployment.
Support go-to-market (GTM) activities such as preparing product documentation, launch materials, and internal enablement content.
Analyze product usage, feedback and user research to aggregate insights and propose improvements and new ideas.
Building prototypes and user testing for new features.
Document product decisions, updates, and testing outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
Recent graduate (or final year student) in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Previous courses or certifications in Product Management are desired.
Technically curious—comfortable learning new software tools and product concepts.
Background in UX Design, User Research or Analytics is a plus.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Passionate about AI, SaaS, and product innovation.
What You’ll Learn
The end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery → development → release → adoption.
Writing effective user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
Prototyping and validating product ideas.
Release management and go-to-market coordination.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.
How to make data-driven decisions and measure product success.
