Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Asia, to help shape Procore’s go-to-market strategy in the Asia region from the ground up. As our in-region product marketer, you’ll join our growing global product marketing team, focusing on driving product-led growth as part of our international expansion strategy. 

As the Product Marketing Manager, Asia, you’ll dive deep into our target Asian countries, speaking to customers and prospects, building market intelligence through original research, and becoming an expert in our product and its place in the Asian construction industry. 

You will back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with users to empower Procore’s products to succeed. Above all, you have the strategic experience and creative chops to help drive world-class product marketing at an established technology company whose international journey is at an exciting growth stage. 

This is an analytical role that will have a direct impact on our GTM strategy for Asia. We are looking for a strong voice to represent the region and champion its needs, including identifying opportunities for product discovery or development, recommending we pursue new customer segments, identifying potential partnership opportunities, and above all, relaying these recommendations backed by substantive facts and research to the rest of the organisation. 

This position will report to our APAC Product Marketing Lead and will be based in our Singapore office. International travel may be required, specifically in the ASEAN countries. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the expert on Procore’s customers in Asia and the regional construction market expert, including market trends, government regulations, and macro-economic factors for Procore’s global product, product marketing, and corporate strategy teams
  • Map the buyer journey (path to purchase), and document the detailed workflows of Procore’s different ideal customer profiles and where our products fit into those workflows to uniquely solve the challenges of our ICPs
  • Create the GTM playbook for Asia, including market overview, messaging, ideal customer profiles, segmentation, competitive positioning, etc.
  • Own and execute product launches in Asia, collaborating with the global product and product marketing teams to identify product requirements for the Asia region, localise product content, and own the local product release process 
  • Create sales enablement content and training programs, including messaging, pitch decks, product brochures and cheat sheets, and industry solution briefs
  • Develop customer enablement content, such as templates, getting started guides, technical blogs, demo videos, e-books, and webinars
  • Work closely with the APAC marketing team to develop effective campaigns by providing clear customer segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging
  • Develop strong alignment with regional stakeholders, including the sales and marketing leadership in Asia

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other graduate work preferred
  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing, content marketing, product strategy, R&D, or consulting experience. SaaS experience, particularly in a startup, is a plus
  • Strong product orientation and innate curiosity about the market and our customers
  • Track record of successfully leading GTM in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and another Asian language are highly desirable (Mandarin/Bahasa/Malay/Cantonese)
  • A natural storyteller that can turn insights into narratives that are easy to adopt and implement
  • Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data to understand key gaps and opportunities and translate insights into strategic GTM recommendations
  • Ability to motivate stakeholders and sell ideas through creative and innovative presentations to obtain buy-in (i.e. influencing skills)
  • Self-driven with exceptional project and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
