ANZ Campaign Manager

As Campaign Manager, you’ll generate a qualified sales pipeline and increase brand awareness by planning and delivering targeted enterprise/named account marketing campaigns across digital, paid search, email, social, web, events, media, direct mail, and more. You’ll partner closely with colleagues in marketing, sales, customer success in ANZ, marketing support teams at our US HQ in California, and external agencies. 

This role reports to our Senior Country Marketing Manager, ANZ, and is based out of our Sydney, Australia office, We’re looking for candidates to join us immediately.  

What you'll do:

• Plan and deliver demand generation campaigns and tactical programs to large accounts that generate qualified sales pipeline through the buyer and renewal journey
• Take a disciplined approach to monitor marketing and sales funnel metrics and implementing measures that optimise conversion rates at each stage of the buyer journey
• Manage digital media across multiple channels including paid search, paid social, display advertising, content syndication, and account-based marketing (ABM)
• Execute email marketing programs, virtual events, webinars, and field events
• Write briefs for creative production and media plans for digital media teams
• Support the development of effective marketing content and assets, with a focus on telling our customers’ stories
• Build tight relationships with sales, ensuring campaign enablement, creation of sales tools, and regular tracking of campaign engagement in top accounts
• Support the creation of scalable, repeatable campaign playbooks, with the ability to customise 

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of proven multi-channel B2B demand generation marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS 
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills. This role demands someone with a knack for creative storytelling and great attention to detail
• Very strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects flawlessly under tight project deadlines
• Demonstration of tight marketing and sales alignment and comfortable working with senior management and enterprise account teams 
• Proven success creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns for large accounts using tactics that include web, digital advertising, PPC, content marketing, third-party media, SEO, Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), as well as direct mail, webinars, and events
• Familiarity with core marketing tools: CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (Marketo), engagement tools (Drift), ABM (Demandbase), tracking and analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to assess campaign effectiveness 
• Knowledge of the enterprise software purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and accelerate opportunities 
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities as the basis for ABM planning and optimisation
• Self-starter that enjoys fast-paced, and often ambiguous working environments
