Job Description
Procore is seeking a passionate Senior Manager, Commercial Sales to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new commercial business. In this role, you’ll cultivate a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and support. You’ll develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team and guide them to meet and exceed their sales goals in a supportive environment through alignment and collaboration with our internal business partners.
Based in London, UK, this position reports to the Head of Corporate Sales for Europe and serves as a key member of the European Corporate Sales Management Team. We seek candidates who can join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate closely with the Head of Corporate Sales, Europe to create and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with our European mission and values
Lead the operational excellence of a dynamic team of Account Executives to identify and close new business opportunities, driving revenue growth for Procore
Work closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Solution Engineering and Professional Services Leadership to ensure a cohesive acquisition strategy and the long term value of our customers
Attract, hire, and retain diverse sales talent through inclusive recruiting practices that raise the bar for talent and capabilities
Foster a supportive and high-performance culture within the sales team celebrating achievements and encouraging growth and continuous improvement
Provide ongoing training and resources to help your team excel in their roles, deepen their understanding of Procore’s platform and adopt best practices in sales
Conduct regular coaching sessions and call reviews to empower your team and enhance their skills and attend onsite meetings for added support
Collaborate with Sales Development leadership to ensure high-quality lead management and follow-up processes
Deliver insightful analysis and reporting on team performance providing accurate sales forecasts to guide decision-making
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Proven success in quota-carrying software sales, preferably within a SaaS environment
Experience managing and developing a team of sales representatives
Familiarity with developing relationships in the commercial sector, ideally in a high-growth SaaS company.
A strong track record of executing aggressive growth strategies and consistently exceeding targets
Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and promoting sales talent
Experience selling through various channels, including boardroom meetings, product demos, and social selling
Proficiency in sales methodologies and familiarity with Salesforce
Consistent record of achieving 100%+ of quota as an individual contributor
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Additional Information
Base Pay Range £92,000 - £126,500 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of £184,000 - £253,000. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
